Climate-Change.TV [1] was the world’s first web channel specific to climate change videos. It contains interviews from heads of state, government negotiators and observers with a range of views on the climate change negotiations.
The interviews are from people involved in the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference and the 2008 United Nations Climate Change Conference, as well as the year-round negotiations on the Kyoto Protocol. The inSide Climate Change Solutions series [2], a joint venture between the UN Climate Change Secretariat and Climate-Change.tv , provides commentary from a wide array of stakeholders from civil society.
Interviews from world leaders include: Abhisit Vejjajiva, Prime Minister of Thailand, Anders Rasmussen, Prime Minister of Denmark, George Papandreou, Prime Minister of Greece, Madhav Kumar, Prime Minister of Nepal, Mohammed Nasheed, President of the Maldives, Nahas Angula, Prime Minister of Namibia, and Tarja Halonen, President of Finland.
Other people interviewed, who are influential in the climate change debate, include Rajendra Pachauri, Michael Zammit Cutajar, Christiana Figueres and Yvo de Boer.
Figures from the celebrity world are Daryl Hannah, Thom Yorke and Bianca Jagger.
