Claus Møller Jakobsen

Claus Møller Jakobsen (born September 24, 1976 in Ringkøbing, Denmark) is a Danish handballer playing in the Danish club Skjern Håndbold. Previously he played in the Spanish clubs BM Ciudad Real and Portland San Antonio. He won EHF Champions League with Ciudad Real in 2006.

He played his first national game September 23, 1998 and has scored 149 goals in 121 games.
