CityZen is an American restaurant located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C. that serves American cuisine from executive chef and owner, Eric Ziebold.

Restaurant
CityZen was opened by Ziebold in 2004 and offers vegetarian and regular six-course tasting menus, a bar menu and a prix-fixe four-course dinner menu.[1]
CityZen's sister-restaurant, Sou'Wester, debuted in September 2009.[2]
