Cici Hong Chen [1]is a new female singer in china. She participates in the singing competition called Happy Girl in 2011 and becomes famous. Hong Chen was born in Chang Zhou in 1990. Her parents got divorced when she was a little girl, but the unhappy separation of family didn't destroy the lucky girl. Afterwards she has a considerate step-father and they become good friends. Hong Chen is gifted with talent for music. The famous Korean musician EIP (塚田良平) said that he thinks that Hong Chen is potential International star[2]. Nevertheless Hong Chen just ranked second in the final competition. Hong Chen is very good at singing English songs such as Single Ladies.
