Christopher Hutcheson (previously known as KGM) v News Group Newspapers and ors

Christopher Hutcheson (previously known as KGM) v News Group Newspapers and ors [2011] EWCA Civ 808[1] is a 2011 privacy case in which businessman Christopher Hutcheson attempted to prevent The Sun newspaper from publishing the fact that he had fathered two children from an affair using a super-injunction. The case received significant media coverage due to the TV chef Gordon Ramsay being the son-in-law of Mr Hutcheson. Justice Eady ruled that there could be no reasonable expectation of privacy in the case.
