Choi Jin-yeong Hangul 최진영 Hanja 崔眞永 Revised Romanization Choe Jin-yeong McCune–Reischauer Ch'oe Chin'yŏng Choi Jin-yeong (Hangul: 최진영; or spelled Choi Jin-young; 17 November 1970 – 29 March 2010) was a South Korean actor and singer. He made his acting debut in 1990. His elder sister, Choi Jin-shil was also an actress. She committed suicide on 2 October 2008.
Choi Jin-yeong committed suicide by hanging on 29 March 2010, at his home in Seoul.[1][2][3] He is survived by his mother, nephew and niece.
Choi Jin-shil and Choi Jin-yeong are buried side by side.[4]
