Chocolate Nunatak (72°36′S 166°3′E / 72.6°S 166.05°E) is an isolated nunatak of red-brown color at the east side of the head of Mariner Glacier, 3 miles (5 km) west-southwest of Mount McCarthy, Barker Range, in Victoria Land. A descriptive name apparently applied by B.W. Riddolls and G.T. Hancox, geologists with the New Zealand Antarctic Research Program Northern Party to upper Mariner Glacier, 1966–67.
