Chaucer Holdings plc (LSE: CHU) is a specialist risk insurance and reinsurance business operating through specific Lloyds syndicates. Established in 1922, the company is a former constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. The Chairman is Martin Gilbert and the outgoing Chief Executive is Ewen Gilmour, who is due to leave the Board by December 2009.
