Charles Richard Crews (aka "CR Crews", born May 30, 1988) is an American racecar driver.
Crews grew up in the North Dallas, TX area and later moved to Indianapolis, IN. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in December 2010 with Cum Laude Honors. He is currently enrolled in the MBA program at UT Dallas.
Crews started in karting at the age of 8. By the age of 15, he was the lead development driver for the Arrow chassis.
At the age of 12, Crews was the youngest person to test Formula Mazda.
Crews has competed in Star Mazda Championship, Indy Lights, and the Grand-Am Rolex Series.[1] He has competed in both domestic and international races.[2] Crews was a race driver for Michael Crawford Motorsports in 2008 and 2009.[3]
Crews currently lives in Frisco, TX.
