Charles Edward Orr (21 November 1866 - 6 April 1935)[1] was a Scottish rugby union football player.[2]
He was capped sixteen times for Scotland between 1887-92.[2] He also played for West of Scotland FC.[2]
He was the brother of John Orr who was also capped for Scotland.[2]
