Charles Edward Orr (21 November 1866 - 6 April 1935)^[1] was a Scottish rugby union football player.^[2]

He was capped sixteen times for Scotland between 1887-92.^[2] He also played for West of Scotland FC.^[2]

He was the brother of John Orr who was also capped for Scotland.^[2]
