Charles Mackinnon Douglas

Charles Mackinnon Douglas (1865–1924) was Liberal MP for North West Lanarkshire (UK Parliament constituency).

He won at a by-election in 1899, was re-elected in 1900, but lost in 1906.

He stood unsuccessfully in South Lanarkshire (UK Parliament constituency) in December 1910.
