- Charles Giancarlo

Charles Giancarlo was President and CEO of Avaya from June, 2008 through December 2008 .[1]. After the appointment of Kevin J. Kennedy as CEO, he became Chairman of the Board at that company. [2] He came to Cisco Systems during the acquisition of Kalpana.[3]
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Brown University, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
