The Chamberlain Group is a manufacturer of garage door openers and associated equipment headquartered in Elmhurst, Illinois. It is a subsidiary of The Duchossois Group, a family business owned by Richard L. Duchossois. The company is among the largest manufacturers of residential garage door openers in the world, with its main competitor being Overhead Door Corporation (who also owns the popular Genie brand of garage door openers).

Product lines

  • Chamberlain - the company's do-it-yourself line of garage door openers.
  • LiftMaster - the company's line of garage door openers for professional installers.
  • Clicker - a line of universal garage door remotes.

Chamberlain also manufactures Craftsman-branded garage door openers sold at Sears stores as well as openers for the Raynor Garage Door Company.
