Artur Ryno (b. 1990) is a Russian racist[1] serial killer on the list of "Individuals banned from the UK for stirring-up hatred"[2] The reason given is that he and Pavel Skachevsky are "Leaders of a violent gang that beat migrants and posted films of their attacks on the internet. Considered to be engaging in unacceptable behaviour by fomenting serious criminal activity and seeking to provoke others to serious criminal acts." He and Pavel Skachevsky were arrested in 2007 for the murder of 37 individuals[3] and was convicted in the killings of nineteen.[4] He was sentenced to the maximum of ten years of hard labour because he was a juvenile at the time.[4][5]
