Jagnje Božije i Zvijer iz bezdana is book of Collected Papers from the Second Theological-philosophical Symposium Held During The Days of Saints Cyril and Methodius. Book is published by Publishing house of Metropolitate of Montenegro and Littoral in 1996.

Background

Second Theological-philosophical Symposium of Serbian Orthodox Church has been organized in 1996 by Amfilohije Radović Metropolitan of the Metropolitanate of Montenegro and the Littoral, Archbishop of Cetinje shortly after end of wars in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Content

First section called "And Holy and War" is having 2 essays. In first Amfilohije Radović is writing about how is possible that Holy Peter which "was rightfully compared with Moses and Jesus Navin" has fought in during his rule 3 wars. Second part of first section is speaking about work of Velja Stanišića which has created poster for "Bicentennial Anniversary of the Victory won by St Peter of Cetinje".

First part of second section: "War as experience" is writen by Radovan Karadžić. He is asking:"Was this true War". During his essay Karadžić is saying how Bosnian Serbs have been hundred times victims and enemy has killed all what is Serbian. Colonel Milutin Milutinović is writing in his essay about war without united program of Serbs west and east of river Drina. In his words creation of Serbian patriotic forces west of Drina (Republika Srpska and Krajin) has been needed because of:Extreme moves of Slovenia and Croatia seccesionists, Muslim-Croat coalition which has wanted to became master of Serbs, Strong anti-Serbs propaganda in word media and others. He is satisfied with organization of Serbian defensive forces west of Drina, but not east. Milutinović is ending his essay with 1996 words of suspected war criminal Ratko Mladić:"We have been without united Serbian national program, aim or strategy". Next writer is speaking about Ustaše crimes in 1942 and modern crimes against Serbs of Bosnia. About events during Yugoslav Wars he is writing about "crimes" of Naser Orić (which is declared innocent by court) and similar crimes of Croatian and Bosniaks forces. In his essays writer do not speak about Croats or Bosniaks, but about Ustaše and muslims. Last essay of this section is about "double standards" used by international media.
