Same-sex marriage (CT)

As of Friday, October 10th, 2008, gay marriage has been legalized in Connecticut. This decision was made by the Supreme Court due to the civil-rights clause of the CT constitution. The Supreme Court believed that denying gays the right to marry was against this clause.
