Moscow , April 8 1873 - March 29, 1937) was aRussia n pianist and composer.He was trained at the
Moscow Conservatory under Nikolay Zverev. After graduating in 1898, he began a 24-years collaboration withFeodor Chaliapin , both as an accompanist and arranger; his arrangement ofThe Volga Boatmen's Song made the song well-known abroad after Chaliapin's emigration.Keneman was a professor at the Moscow Conservatory from 1912-1932.
