The intro to the first Command & Conquer game consists of an anonymous character (assumed to be the player) flicking through several fictional television channels in quick succession. One of these channels is called "The $perry Financial Network." While as yet unconfirmed, this sharing of names is assumed by some players to be an in-joke at
Westwood Studios which made it into the final game. Before starting Westwood Studios Brett worked at Applied Computer Technology in Las Vegas with Peter Filiberti doing game conversions for Activision, Imagic etc. One of the major workshe was responsible for was the port of Impossible Mission to the Apple II.Work
