Victor Tognola (Cheiron) is a man of many talents, expressing his innovations and creativity in radio, journalism, television, cinema and advertising.
Victor Tognola began his career at a very young age by working in the then glorious [http://framafilms.com/radiomonteceneri/index.asp Radio Monte Ceneri] where he created a successful show called "The moon is broken", a milestone in the history of the radio.
Entering the publicity and advertising Industry, he is first a member of the Mc Cann Erickson’s agency in Milan, then he establishes in Switzerland the [http://www.framafilms.com/index.asp Frama Film International Ideas & Co.] for which he directs more than 3’000 commercials.
His Araldit (Novartis) commercial is considered to be one of the most beautiful commercials of all times: it is the only one to have won both a Golden Lion and a Grand Prix at the Cannes International Advertising Festival.
Victor Tognola directed The Great Illusionist, a movie selected in Venice, and the Television cartoons series The most beautiful Tales and [http://www.framafilms.com/animation/videogallery.asp Chlorophyll] from the blue sky both drawn by [http://www.adelchigalloni.com/ Adelchi Galloni] .
From 1990 to 1995 he is a member of the Heptagon Foundation together with the creative Justus Dahinden, Arbert Ernst and Ernst Hiestand, Victor Tognola is a member of the board of the Swiss Association of Industrial and Corporate Image Film Producers between 1997 and 1999. He organizes three editions of The Crystals of Locarno Film Festival.
In the last few years he has directed several documentries on the topic of the territory and its memory: Biasca Contro, a trilogy, Mysterious Switzerland, Radio Monte Ceneri (dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the radio), and Crazy Switzerland, to name some of them.

Full length feature film In the 1980’s, Victor Tognola produced and directed the movie Illusione, presented at the Venice International Film Festival; the film was also presented at the Czechoslovakian film festival Karlovy Vary and the Fiade festival where the actress Adelheid Koch won the award for best actress.
