Prelight Films is a French independent production company founded by Remy Boudet, Jean-Philippe Maras and Pascale Cuenot in 2003.

The company offers a sensitive approach along with a personal and original point of view upon the world. The productions are selected with great care in order to represent the spirit of Prelight Films and its artistic desires in their diversity.

The company is worldwide renowned for developing and producing "In the Tracks of" (original title "Bandes Originales"), a documentary series about major film score composers.

Prelight Films also develops sociological documentaries along with animated films and series for children.
