Lindsay Rogers

Lindsay Lee Rogers (born April 5, 1989) is a beauty queen from Rhode Island who competed in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Pageant. Rogers won the title of "Miss Rhode Island's Outstanding Teen" on April 22, 2006 at the Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket, RI. The Miss Rhode Island Teen pageant is the sister pageant to the Miss Rhode Island America pageant and sister pageant to the Miss America pageant.

She won her first pageant when she was 11 months old, having been a veteran of the child pageant circuit since that time winning Grand Overall Titles at just about every pageant she entered. Rogers is a graduate of Lincoln High School in Lincoln, RI, where she was also captain of the basketball and football cheerleading squads.

She is a former national title holder to many pageant titles including, "Miss Jr Teen America" held 2001 in Hartford, Connecticut and the national title holder of the "Little Miss of America" pageant. She also won the title of New England Model of the Year and United States Model of the Year held in New York City. She is also a Talent America National winner and has held over 180 other national titles.

She is also a Ford model with the prestigious Eileen Ford Modeling Agency in New York City having appeared in over 600 pieces of print work, 11 commercials, 4 TV shows including "Law & Order" and a few movies including "You've Got Mail" with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan.

As Miss Rhode Island Teen she made over 101 appearances around the state of Rhode Island. She is a member and Officer of the "Teens Matter Program" and the "Teens Can Make a Difference Program".

There have been articles written in the Valley Breeze Newspaper, Woonsocket Call, Pawtucket Times and the Providence Journal. Lindsay has also been honored as a Channel 12 WPRI-TV "Hometown Sports Hero".
