Elana Wills

Following retirement of Justice Glaze in August, 2008, Deputy Attorney General Elana Wills was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to the Arkansas Supreme Court.

Wills has served in the attorney general's office for 20 years, the last eleven as deputy attorney general for opinions.

Among other cases she will address is what is probably the final proceeding in the Arkansas State Court system for the West Memphis Three. Justice Wills is from Jonesboro, Arkansas, where the West Memphis Three were convicted in 1994.

Her term will run through 2010.
