E-dologic was founded in 1999 by Enon Landenberg and Doron Tal, and was Israel’s first interactive advertising agency.

Shortly after, 51% of the company’s shares were sold to the international Publicis group – the fourth largest advertising group in the world, headed by Mr.Maurice Levy.

In 2005 Enon Landenberg took over the management of the company, after Doron Tal left E-dologic to set up the sister company, Saatchi Interactive.

E-dologic’s largest customers include: Orange Osem, Coca-Cola, HP, Yashir Investment House, L’Oréal, Office Depot, Nestle, Mazda, Ford, JDate and others.

At the beginning of 2007 E-dologic launched the “Interactive approach”, a conceptual development for dealing with brands in the digital world. At the heart of the interactive approach lies the principle of talking with the customer, instead of talking to the customer. Fact|date=October 2008
