Flanigen

Flanigen is an alternative to the common Irish surname, Flanagan. after the Immigration of thousands of Irish men, women, and children, it was changed to Flanigen, The name which still is used today for a small fraction of the remaining Irish people in North America. Some of the most successful men and women in North America went by the name of Flanigen, Such as Edith Flanigen, A famous scientist. The name Flanigen is indeed Irish, but it had originated in North America.
