'Spillage were a pop punk band from Camden Town in the mid-1990s, who released two singles and gathered immense critical acclaimFact|date=October 2008 before splitting in 1998. Their line up was Emily Ballantyne (vocals), Neil Crowhurst (guitars), Piers Hall (bass) and Stoko (drums).

They were managed by Paul Clifford, bass player for the Wonder Stuff, and released their debut single "Stickety Bone" on Fortunate/Free Money Records in 1996. The single was picked up by BBC Radio 1 DJs Steve Lamacq, John Peel and Jo Wiley, and also gathered favourable reviews in the music press.Fact|date=October 2008 Despite being approached by several major labels, the band's second single "Killer" was again on Fortunate/Free Money, and featured the added help of Richard Payne from Dodgy who would play go on to play live with the band when his Dodgy and Bluetones schedules permitted. "Killer" sold all of its initial pressing of 1000 copies in just three days following Lamacq championing the band on both his radio show and in his "Music Week" column.Fact|date=October 2008 John Peel selected "Killer"'s B side "5 Alive" as his favourite song of 1997, and the single was single of the week in Kerrang!.Fact|date=October 2008

The band played extensively throughout 1997 but by mid-1998 they had split. Ballantyne went on to become an actress, and Stoko established a career in television and film soundtracks.Fact|date=October 2008
