Lt. Nodumbo

Lt. Nodumbo: Lt. Nodumbo is a fictional police lieutenant in Mike Selinker's annual feature of "GAMES World of Puzzles" who solicits the solver's help in solving puzzle mysteries for the Logological Crimes Division. The titles of the sections to date were:
