Axisoft (Asia Pacific) Limited is founded in 1998 as an IT Solution Provider based in Hong Kong. The company focuses on Document Management System, web meeting and outsourcing. The company has offices in both Hong Kong and Zhuhai.

One of the main products of Axisoft is Document Management System. Its flagship product, SQUARE, is a Lotus Notes-based DMS. The solution is being adopted by the Hong Kong SAR Government in a departmental scale as well as corporations of different scales. Another collaboration solution from Axisoft is the web conferencing solution MeToShow, a freeware that is provided through software as a service. The service allows users to upload and share documents into a virtual room, where invitees and the host can collaborate together to edit the document.
