Shihihutag

Shihihutag ( _mn. Шихихутаг, "Shikhihutag") was the stepbrother of Genghis Khan. He was found by Genghis Khan's men during skirmish between Mongols and Tatar in early 1190s. He excelled on legal affairs and was made high judge of Mongol Empire by Genghis Khan in 1206. He greatly contributed to create Mongolian legal code Yassa.
