Street Fighter V was a pirate game published by Cony Soft for the NES.

Gameplay

Like many other NES pirates of the time, Street Fighter V was severely limited in terms of graphics. The sprites were hand-drawn and compressed to fit the NES's technical limitations. Backgrounds lacked much resemblance to the original Street Fighter II.

The player could choose from 10 (20) characters Vega, Balrog, Guile, Blanka, Chun-Li , E. Honda, Ken, Ryu (who inexplicably had Goku's potrait in the selection screen) and Zangief, while the other 10 were palette swaps.
