Karen White

Karen White is an American author who has written numerous novels. Most novels are based in the low-country of the southeastern United States.

Karen was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and during her chldhood lived in numerous states and also in Venezula and London, England, where she graduated from high school. She attended college at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where she obtained a BS in Business Management. It was in London where she developed her love for reading and writing.

Karen currently has 8 books in print, with three more to be published by Penguin Publishing [http://us.penguingroup.com/nf/Author/AuthorPage/0,,1000063284,00.html] in the coming months and years. Her very first book, "In the Shadow of the Moon" was a double finalist for the prestigous RITA Award given by the Romance Writers of America.
