ARJ45
ARJ45 ( Augmented Registered Jack 45 ) is an electronic connector for very high speed applications such as Class Fa installations ( as defined by the standard IEC11801) and 10, 40 and 100 Gigabit Ethernet transmission copper cabling. ARJ45 is an international standard IEC 61076-3-110. The connector operates in the frequency spectra between 600 MHz to 5 GHz with twisted shielded pair and twinax cables. ARJ45 utilizes an internal system of Faraday cages to reduce cross talk to 35 dB or better at 5 GHz. The ARJ45 performance up to 1000 MHz corresponds to category 7A connecting hardware. ARJ45 HS is an 8-contact connectors and ARJ45 HD is a 12-contact connector.
