Myrtle Point, Oregon . He graduated from theUniversity of Oregon in 1941 and was an officer in theU.S. Army duringWorld War II . In 1951, he received his law degree from the University of Oregon. He practiced law and served on theOregon state trial court between 1957 to 1967.Belloni was appointed to the district court by President
Lyndon B. Johnson in 1967. Belloni took senior judgeship in 1984, and retired in 1995. He died of congestive heart failure in a retirement home inSan Mateo, California on November 3, 1999.References
