Liga Brasileira de Jiu-Jitsu

Liga Brasileira de Jiu-Jitsu (LBJJ) (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu League) is an organization that governs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and holds tournaments in Brazil.

It was the firts organization from this sport on Brazil, founded on 1991 by Adair Alves de Almeida (8th degree black and red belt).

Today the president of LBJJ is Hilton Leão da Silva (8th degree black and red belt). João Andrade Batista (5th degree black and red belt) is the vice-president.

The rules and regulations are the same of Confederação Brasileira de Jiu-Jitsu.

The 3 best places on LBJJ's tournaments of all categories are able to participate of the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship.
