"Bandolier" is Budgie's fifth album, released in September 1975 through MCA Records. This album raised up at UK #36 and was certified Gold in 1976. The high spot is probably the cascading guitar solos of "Napoleon Bona", harking back to Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Freebird" and presaging Motörhead's "Overkill". Includes gentle guitar pieces ("Slipaway") and harder, bluesier excursions "Breaking All The House Rules", "I Can't See My Feelings" and "Who Do You Want For Your Love?". "Bandolier" was released in the U.S.A. on A&M Records in late 1976.
