Ephox is an independent software vendor (ISV) that develops web content authoring applications for business users.

History

Ephox was founded in 1999 by Andrew Roberts (CEO) and Bill Roberts (COO) in Brisbane, Australia and moved its head office to San Mateo, California in 2003. It is privately owned and was funded by a group of angel investors and the founders.
