First class degree inSpeech andDrama , as well as a certificate in Advance Acting; she also speaks English, Irish and French fluently.In 2008, Noonan participated as Miss Meath in Miss Ireland alongside thirty-seven other contestants at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Santry in
Dublin , where judges included music managerLouis Walsh and actorMatt Di Angelo . Despite some tough competion, Noonan emerged winner.As Miss Ireland, Noonan's prizes include €10,000 in cash and the use of a Hyundai car. In addition, Noonan will travel to
Ukraine to represent the Republic of Ireland atMiss World 2008 . The twenty-one year-old who enjoys swimming,water polo , theatre and music citesHalle Berry as her role model, and future plans include opening a school in Ireland where she intends to teach Drama, and becoming a successful actress. She has already appeared in some plays and short films.Noonan's motto is "Think positive and you will attract positivity in your life".
