Tiago Yonamine

Tiago Yonamine (born November 4, 1984, in São Paulo, São Paulo) is a Brazilian designer.

Biography

Yonamine was born in São Paulo, Brazil as the eldest son to Japanese-born parents.

Since the age of 16, has been an designer assistant. In 2006 he obtained bachelor's degree in multimedia design from University Center Senac and post-graduate in Marketing and Advertising Communication at Faculdade Casper Libero.

In the area of development for interactive advertising, he has participated in projects for clients like TIM, Intel and FEMSA.

In 2006, he produced the documentary In Medias Res, a documenty that discusses the creative process. The project was conducted in the multimedia language and it uses a collection of testimonies of relevant designers, art directors, artists and teachers in Brazil.

In 2008, he worked in the planning and creative coordination at Espalhe, the first of guerrilla marketing agency in Brazil, for clients like Cola-Cola, Warner Channel, Microsoft, Brastemp among others.
