Sivert Andreas Nielsen (1916 - 2004) was a Norwegian civil servant, banker and politician for the Labour Party.
He was born in
Copenhagen as the son ofKonrad Nielsen . A jurist by education, he spent the years 1941–1945 in Nazi German captivity.
