The Province of Mikkeli ( _fi. Mikkelin lääni, _sv. St. Michels län) was a province of Finland from 1917 to 1997. The province was named after the city of Mikkeli ( _sv. St. Michel).

Parts of the province were transfered to the Province of Central Finland in 1960. In 1997 it was merged togeather with the provinces of Kuopio and Northern Karelia into the new Province of Eastern Finland.
