Geoff Peters

Geoff Peters (born April 1973) is a freelance sports radio broadcaster from Leicestershire. He is currently a football reporter for talkSPORT and has previously presented shows on the station. He was part of the commentary team for them at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

He is also a commentator on English Premier League and UEFA Champions League games for IMG's round-the-world radio service and is among the roster of commentators covering European matches which are broadcast on the official UEFA website. He began his career in local papers and with a news agency before becoming the youngest Sports Editor in the BBC at 21 with BBC Radio Leicester. He wrote a book in 1998 about then Leicester City manager Martin O'Neill.

He once worked as a holiday rep in Ibiza and as a DJ in Egypt. He is now a nightclub DJ in Telford.
