Established in 1997, the company was originally involved in the business of conducting motivational courses through seminars and outdoor activities such as camping, as well as training (IT, Industrial Training and Graduate Training Scheme).

As part of company strategic planning to expand KRIM Network Sdn Bhd business opportunities in Klang Valley, a branch office in Selangor was established in 2005.

Overtime, KRIM Network diversified its business activities into the IT industry specially in the software and system development, supply and maintenance of hardware and peripherals, IT related training programs, multimedia design, and development and creative works. This company was awarded with MSC Malaysia status in 2007 for their contribution in IT field in Malaysia.

The company is presently works on IT projects in Terengganu, with projects in other states of Malaysia including Selangor and looking forward to contribute in international IT field.
