Pedro Henrique Nogueira Beda (born 1989) is a Brazilian footballer player who will play for SC Heerenveen in the 2008/09 season.

Pedro Beda comes from Brazilian club Flamengo and signed a 3-year deal with a possible 2-year extension.

With the Flamengo reserve team, Pedro Beda played in the Champions Youth Cup 2007, where the club placed third behind Manchester United and Juventus.
