Fore Wood (gbmappingsmall|TQ753128) is a 21.5 hectare (52.6 acre) Biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in East Sussex, England. The site was notified in 1984 under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

The SSSI is part of a RSPB reserve of the same name.
