George Wallace's 1963 Inaugural Address was delivered January 14, 1963, following his election as Governor of Alabama. [ [http://www.archives.state.al.us/govs_list/inauguralspeech.html 1963 Inaugural Addressof Governor George C. This speech is perhaps most famous for the phrase "...Segregation Now, Segregation Tomorrow, Segregation Forever." An aide named Asa Carter, a KKK member and anti-semite, wrote this line into the speech. Wallace would later in life apologize for his unabashed racism and segregationist policies.
