Come bill-paying time, Al is infuriated of how he doesn't get a
tax refund . When Steve and Marcy tell both he and Peggy that they don't know what to do with their refund, Al and Peggy convince them to add a room to their house. Then, both Al and Peggy try to scheme with Steve and Marcy respectively to get the room they want: a pool room for the guys, or an exercise room for the girls.When both Steve and Marcy find about the other scheming, they decide to discuss it alone and end up agreeing to make instead an all-purpose room for both of them. Disappointed, Al and Peggy refuse to sign the
