Francis Joseph Mullins is a former Major League Baseball infielder. He played parts of three seasons in the major leagues for three different teams between by|1980 and by|1986. He saw his greatest amount of playing time with the San Francisco Giants in by|1984, when he batted .218 with 2 home runs in 52 games. Mullins played at least one game at all four infield positions, but saw most of his playing time at third base and shortstop.
