Aisha Al Kharusi

Aisha was the Deputy Director of Strategic Analysis, Middle East region, for Boeing based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She worked for the world’s leading aerospace company from 2003 until May 2008. Her responsibilities were to support the implementation of the Middle East region strategies at the direction of the Vice President of Boeing Middle East.

Furthermore, Aisha was the representative community investor for Boeing’s Global Corporate Citizenship activities in the Middle East region. Al Kharusi supported and promoted the philanthropic and corporate social responsibility activities.

As a leading business leader Aisha lived in Oman managing a design firm and a pioneer of Oman’s largest circulation and the first bi-lingual youth newspaper: youthObserver reachin out to all middle to highschools through the Sultanate.

An active social enterperneur, Aisha was actively involved with the Association of Early Intervention for Children with Special Needs in Oman and is a founding member of Oman Blood Disorder Society. She is a member of the Young Arab Leaders and board member, inJAz Oman, a non-profit organization, predominantly dependant on the support of the private sector, which aims to prepare the Omani youth for entering the labor market.
