Hellsongs are a three piece 'lounge rock' band from Sweden who produce covers of famous rock songs in a very different style.

Hellsongs started out in the early fall, 2004. After instant positive response they recorded three songs. This recording lead to more gigs and fans all over the globe. In 2006 they released the debut ep "Lounge" which consists of six tracks of haunting versions of old metal classics such as
Run to the Hills (originally byIron Maiden ,)Jump (originally byVan Halen ) andOrgasmatron (originally byMotorhead .) The ep got very positive response and Hellsongs has built a reputation as a most enjoyable live act in Scandinavia.Their first feature length, "Hymns In The Key Of 666" was released on the 20th of February in the nordic countries by the label Despotz Records. The album hit the swedish charts at 9 the first week. It is now also released in the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. The album is also available on vinyl, released by Bodog. Next thing for the Hellsingers is to say Vive le France and Viva Espana as the album will be released in France and Spain quite soon.
