Farzana Raja

Farzana Raja is the Secretary of Punjab Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and is a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan (MNA) .

Farzana Raja was born in Gujrat on January 2, 1970. She completed her MA in Economics in 1992 from Punjab University, Lahore and Real Estate Broker Licensing Exam from USA and become the member of long Island Realton Board.

Ms. Farzana Raja is politically affiliated with PPP she currently holds the position of Secretary Information Pakistan People Party, Punjab and Central Coordination. She has remained a Member of Punjab Assembly on Women reserved seat during 2002-2007. She has also held the position of the President of Potohar Welfare Association.

Her hobbies include traveling, reading and swimming. Ms. Farzana Raja has lived in USA for three years along with her family, in a self exile and has otherwise visited UK. She is married with a daughter and a son.

Farzana Raja is sister-in-law of Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq who has been nominated as the parliamentary leader in the Sindh Assembly and wife of Pir Mukaram Ali [Pakistan politics: Shafquat Ali. She is the spokesperson of the PPPP and she said the present coalition government would complete its term successfully. She also said the opposition Pakistan Muslim League has left the country in terrorism and poverty.
