Duty to die

Duty to die

The call for sick and demented patients having a duty to die has been made by one of the United Kingdoms top medical ethicists, the 84 year old Baroness Warnock stated that those with the advanced stage of Alzhiemers disease were a burden on the NHS and their relatives, that they were destroying the lives of others, and she looked forward to the day when there would be the right for "others to put others down"

Other Instances

She was not the only one to call for this, numersous calles have been made by other medical professionals and the former Governor of Colorado Richard Lamm among others.

Fiction

Some books have used it as a theme, among them by Janice A. Thompson
